Very easy to make an appointment - though I was told that outside of tire season, you don’t need to make one. I only got my tires changed but I will be back for other services. The service was quick, efficient, well priced. The front office staff, Sharon, and others that I saw and heard, were all very pleasant and professional.

My car had an exhaust leak. It was diagnosed and fixed in a couple of hours. Total cost, $330. Last week, the dealer quoted me $1,700 for the same repair. I've dealt with this Speedy location a few times before over the past 10 years, and each time, the work done was honest and efficient. Shops like this are rare these days. Thank you.

I was proven very wrong! Do not go there, they do rushed work and do not stand by it. Improper installation and missing bolts! High turnover shops do not have the time to do a good job. If you value your time money and safety go somewhere else. I do not trust dealerships or big brand shops. These guys are something different all together, the way it used to be! I called in for a muffler replacement and they had space for me first thing in the morning. They looked it over immediately and said they could have it done in an hour and a half. An hour later they had ordered the part and put it on. When they called me I hadn’t even finished my coffee! The price for parts was incredibly fair as I had researched them to do it myself. They also barely charged me for labour! Incredibly impressed with this experience, so much so that I had to write a review. I never do that. Go there! They will treat you right!

Couldn't be much happier with my experience at Speedy Auto Service's Guelph location. Unlike many other service centres in Southern Ontario, these guys are honest, friendly and straightforward to deal with. I will definitely be taking my car back to them... just hopefully not any time soon!

Without a doubt- the absolute best experience I’ve had with auto service! Terrific service, family oriented and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff! Came in with a damaged strut of wife’s BMW. Tom, Nick and Shannon were absolute superstars in communicating issues and getting the car back on the road. 5/5. Thank you guys!!!

We've used this Speedy for years and have always been satisfied with their service. I find that their pricing is reasonable and their assessments have always been accurate. We also find that their downtown location is very convenient for dropping off our vehicles. We'll be back next time we need our vehicles serviced.

They did a great job but I would say they are a bit slow Update: fantastic!!! I went back a year later, they had my car done in 30 minutes and were super kind. Making an appointment was fast and easy and the staff are super nice. 6/5!
